What part of Long Sands are you closest to?

We are closest to the Beacon Street outlet, about 2/10 of a mile south of the brand new bathhouse.

Do you allow dogs?

One of the reasons we love York Beach is that our doggo is allowed on the beach (morning and evenings during the summer). We do allow dogs on a case-by-case basis along with a small deposit. Please contact our property manager for details.

How far is Short Sands beach from Brook by the Sea?

Short Sands is just over a mile north and is serviced by a trolley at Long Sands if you don’t feel like driving.

What amenities are offered?

Don’t worry, you can stay connected with our free wifi. We also have cable tv and smart dvd players that allow you to connect to Netflix and other streaming services. The house has a full kitchen including a lobster pot, a coffee pot and well, regular pots! (And everything else you should need if you’d like to make a meal or two.) Don’t want to be inside? The large 17′ x 23′ deck has a grill and there’s room to sit on the deck or hang out in the yard and play ladder ball. We also have a beach cart that you are free to use if you’d like. Back from the beach and the kids are driving you crazy? We’ve stocked the rec room with games, puzzles and a tv. We won’t say anything if you shut the sliding door on them!
